Hi, I’m Paige, and I’m a planner. I’m barely 2 years married, am a
SAHM to a new baby boy named Sawyer, and manage to make it
to CrossFit about 4 times a week but mostly, I’m really just
obsessed with all things travel. From the early stages of
researching a destination to the hustle of an airport and everything in between, I am obsessed with travel!
Hi, I’m Paige – founder of The Planning Collective, LLC – and planning is truly my therapy.
I’ve always been the girl with the binder. Agendas, order, and color-coded tabs? Yes, please. Messy folders make me anxious, cluttered spaces stress me out, and uncertainty sends me into overdrive. Over time, I realized my love for planning ran deeper than just being organized. I have an innate ability to anticipate what’s ahead, identify where things might go off track, and strategize before the first domino even falls.
In 2018, after 15 years as an athlete, I transitioned into five years behind the scenes in athletics. From Power Five collegiate programs to Minor League Baseball to the YMCA, I planned team rosters, coordinated facility schedules, and built community partnerships. Eventually, I pivoted into corporate operations – managing calendars, travel itineraries, and even lunch orders for high-powered executives. And in 2025, I made the most meaningful shift yet: stepping into motherhood. As I began raising our son Sawyer, The Planning Collective was born alongside him – a space to channel my passion while still being fully present at home.
My love for travel, specifically, began in 2014 with a life-changing overseas trip. I fell hard for the culture, language, history, and sheer beauty that exists beyond small-town Ohio. Since then, I’ve made it my mission to see as much of the world as possible. By age 30, I have…
- Window-shopped along the Champs-Élysées
- Walked the somber beaches of Normandy
- Sipped coffee atop an Austrian mountain
- Cried inside the gas chambers of Dachau
- Hiked the red rocks of Sedona
- Driven California’s scenic Pacific Coast Highway
- Tossed coins in the Trevi Fountain
- Tasted chocolate in Switzerland
- Traveled back in time in Pompeii
- Sipped lemon aperol spritzes on the Amalfi Coast
- Swam in the crystal blue waters of Lake Tahoe
- Watched the sunrise over the Grand Canyon
- Mastered the NYC subway system
- and so much more.
This little side hustle of mine was born from a love of adventure, celebration, and connection. Whether you’re dreaming of the perfect wedding, the trip of a lifetime, or just need help bringing order to your chaos – I’d love to help make it happen.
Tell me – what can I plan for you?
